बॉलीवुड सितारों के घर पर आईटी की छापेमारी हुई है और घंटों पूछताछ की गई है. इस बार मुंबई में निर्देशक-निर्माता अनुराग कश्यप, अभिनेत्री तापसी पन्नु, निर्देशक विकास बहल और मधु मंटेना पर इनकम टैक्स विभाग की छापेमारी रात में भी जारी रही. अनुराग कश्यप और तापसी से पुणे में पूछताछ भी की गई है. इनकम टैक्स विभाग की इस छापेमारी को लेकर सियासी माहौल भी गर्म हो गया है. जहां कांग्रेस और एनसीपी ने केंद्र सरकार पर बदला लेने के आरोप लगाए हैं. वहीं केंद्र का कहना है कि आईटी रेड्स कानून के मुताबिक हुईं हैं.
‘फैंटम फिल्म्स’ से जुड़े लोगों पर टैक्स चोरी का आरोप
ये छापेमारी टैक्स चोरी के मामले में हुई है. अनुराग कश्यप, तापसी पन्नू, विकास बहल और मधु मंटेना समेत ‘फैंटम फिल्म्स’ से जुड़े लोग इसमें शामिल हैं. इनकम टैक्स विभाग को जानकारी मिली थी कि फैंटम फिल्म्स में टैक्स की चोरी हुई है. फैंटम फिल्म्स जो पैसा आया, उसकी सही जानकारी विभाग को नहीं दी गई. इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट ने मुंबई और पुणे में कुल 22 ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की है. आयकर विभाग की टीम ने फैंटम फिल्म्स के दफ्तर पर भी छापेमारी की, जो आज भी जारी रह सकती है. छापे के दौरान अनेक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस और दस्तावेजों की जांच की गई जिससे पता चलेगा कि चोरी की रकम का बंटवारा कैसे हुआ और इस रकम से क्या-क्या खरीदा गया या इस रकम को मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के जरिए देश के बाहर भेजा गया है.
छापेमारी को लेकर सियासी माहौल गर्म हुआ
इस पूरे मामले को लेकर सियासत भी शुरू हो गई है. अनुराग कश्यप सोशल मीडिया पर कई बार केंद्र सरकार की नीतियों का खुलकर विरोध कर चुके हैं. इसी को लेकर विरोधी पार्टियां अब इस कार्रवाई पर सवाल खड़े कर रहे हैं. महाराष्ट्र कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले ने कहा है कि बीजेपी सरकार इन हस्तियों से बदला ले रही है. इस छापेमारी में मधु मोंटेना के मुंबई स्थित क्वीनबीच बिल्डिंग में भी इन्कम टॅक्स विभाग के 6 अधिकारियों ने छापेमारी और पूछताछ की. मधु मोंटेना की कंपनी क्वान टैलेंट मैनेजमेंट के अंधेरी वेस्ट के कॉमर्स सेंटर पर भी आयकर के 8 अधिकारियों ने छापेमारी की और क्वान कंपनी के 4 एकाउंट्स को सीज कर दिया है. कहा जा रहा है कि तापसी पन्नू भी अनुराग कश्यप के कारण ही फांसी है, क्योंकि वह कश्यप के साथ तीसरी फिल्म कर रही है.
